My stay at Hotel Comfort was a nightmare, even before it began. I booked well in advance for a family trip, but when we arrived after a long train journey, the hotel had canceled our booking without any notice. The manager's unprofessional attitude only made things worse. Luckily, we found another hotel, but it was much more expensive. Never using this hotel again.

My experience at Hotel Comfort was pretty frustrating. I showed up only to find out my booking was canceled without any notice, leaving my family and me out on the street after a long train journey. On the bright side, the location of the hotel seemed convenient once I finally got away from there, but overall, I can't recommend staying here because of how unprofessional everything was.
